Managing Your Subscription

Our subscription is designed to be flexible, transparent, and easy to manage. You remain in full control of your subscription at all times.

Every subscription email includes a Cancel Subscription link, allowing you to cancel at any time in just a few clicks.

If the cancellation link isn't working for any reason, or you'd like to postpone your next shipment or change your delivery frequency, simply contact our support team.

Please contact us at least 3 days before your renewal date — this gives our team enough time to respond before your order enters processing.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we're unfortunately unable to cancel that shipment.

If you contacted us at least 3 days before renewal and we weren't able to process your request in time, we'll review your case and make it right.

If you've built up more JawRest than expected, don't cancel your subscription unless you no longer wish to receive it. Instead, contact us — we'll gladly:

  • Postpone your next shipment
  • Adjust your delivery frequency
  • Help you find a schedule that better matches your usage

This lets you keep your subscription pricing and benefits while avoiding unnecessary deliveries.

Renewal Reminders

We'll send you an email reminder before every renewal, giving you time to review your subscription and make any changes before your next order is processed.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee lets first-time customers try JawRest completely risk-free.

Applies to:

  • One-Time Purchases (OTP)
  • The first shipment of a new subscription

Does not apply to:

  • Second or later subscription renewals
  • Subscription orders that renewed because they weren't canceled before the renewal date
  • Additional purchases made after your first order
  • Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after delivery
  • More than one refund per customer

Renewal Orders

Subscription renewals are repeat purchases. By the time your subscription renews, you've already had the opportunity to evaluate the product during your first order.

For that reason, renewal subscription orders are generally not eligible for refunds.

However, if something went wrong on our side, please contact us first. Examples include:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Shipping or fulfillment errors
  • Billing errors
  • Any other issue caused by us

We'll always review these situations individually.
